started real estate investing in 2005. While serving in the Army, he read a few real estate investment books and knew that's what he wanted to do. He started hitting the courthouse steps on his lunch break from his job as a manager at a trucking company. After a few non-productive visits to the courthouse and learning the process, he bought 2 houses in one day.
To cover the purchases, he emptied his savings, borrowed money and maxed out his credit cards to pay for the properties and he made it happen! After rehabbing them, he sold both houses and received a $30,000 combined profit. Over the last 12 years, Tyler has bought close to 80 houses.
Tyler loves hunting, fishing, mountain biking and spending time with his family.
